Thomas Meunier has joined Borussia Dortmund on a four-year deal from Paris Saint-German, the Belgium international has been a top target for top EPL clubs,
the 28-year-old former PSG defender has been linked with a switch to top Premier League clubs over the past 12 months before choosing Borussia Dorthmund after his current deal with the French champions set to expire on 30th of June this year.
Meunier reportedly turned down chance of signing a short-term contract for the French gaint PSG in August and with the likes of Edinson Cavani and Thiago Silva set to leave the club this summer.
