President Donald Trump says the United States has terminated its relationship with the World Health Organisation (WHO).
Trump is accusing the world health body of being under Chinese control and failing to provide accurate information about the spread of COVID-19.
“We have detailed reforms that they must make and engage with them directly, but they have refused to act,” Trump said on Friday at the White House.
Trump said he made this decision because the group hasn’t made coronavirus reforms
“We will today be terminating our relationship with the WHO.”
